*Rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date, or you will be charged a one-night room rate cancellation fee.
*Early check-out must be mentioned at the time of check-in, or you will be charged a early check-out fee.
*If you reserved king rooms, and later reserved double beds, cancel the king room or you will be charged.
*If you released your room to the Ladies Retreat, we have blessed another sister with your room, or they have been cancelled. If you see a reservation still in your name, contact us at cocllr_hotel@yaho.com immediately.
*The retreat no longer needs additional rooms. Only this time cancel your reservation directly through the hotel and thank you for keeping the retreat's interest at heart by giving the rooms back. We look forward to seeing you in Chicago next week!🌹🌹
