Hotel Update as of November 2025

The Hilton Americas Houston is fully sold out. If you no longer need your room, please email cocllr_hotel@yahoo.com to release it back into the retreat block. Please do not call the hotel directly. Two overflow hotels will be available next week. Both hotels are a short distance from the host hotel and will continue adding rooms until their blocks are full. If those hotels sell out, an additional location will be secured. More than 1,300 sisters are now registered, and we appreciate your patience as we work to secure rooms at the group rate.

Calling hotels directly affects our ability to maintain the group rate of $209. Some guests have contacted hotels and booked at higher rates, which impacts our negotiations. Please allow the retreat team to work on your behalf to secure the best rates for everyone.

If you requested to be on the waitlist before October 5th and completed all required steps, you should have received an email from the hotel confirming your reservation. Rooms not confirmed with a credit card by Friday, November 21st may be reassigned to another sister on the waitlist. Continue checking your email. If you no longer need your room, reply to your original message so it can be released.

If you paid registration and requested to be on the waitlist October 6th - 31st , you should have the hotel link by email no later than December 1st.
