Sisters, we cannot wait to gather April 2-5, 2026, at the Hilton Americas-Houston as we Saddle Up Your Faith, encourage one another, and strengthen the bonds of sisterhood we share in Christ.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
​
If you have a room that you no longer need, please release it back to the retreat by emailing cocllr_hotel@yahoo.com. Include the name on the reservation and your reservation confirmation number.
Once you receive a reply from the retreat confirming that we have accepted 100 percent liability for your reservation, we will remove your personal information before assigning the room to another sister. At that time, the room will officially transfer to the retreat, and you will be fully released from any responsibility or liability.

Do NOT cancel any hotel reservations directly through the hotel.

WAITLIST INFORMATION
​The retreat hotel waitlist is open to all registered attendees. Seniors age 75 and older and individuals with disabilities will receive priority placement. To request placement on the waitlist, please email cocllr_hotel@yahoo.com.

Group Rates & Reservation Details
Room Rate: $209.00 per night, plus tax and fees
Self-Parking: $20 per day, includes in/out privileges
Valet Parking: $40 per day
Incidental Fee: $75.00 per room (not nightly),
refundable if not used

Important Hotel Cancellaton Information
​If you have a hotel reservation, you will not be using, please do not cancel directly with the hotel. Instead, release your room to COC Ladies Retreat. Email your name and confirmation number to: cocllr_hotel@yahoo.com.
Once received, we will then send you a confirmation email and assume full liability for the room. This allows us to bless another sister with the group rate.
